About Proptena

Proptena is a service of Vascoh LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States. Vascoh LLC builds and operates AI-native businesses; Proptena is the brand under which we deliver AI integration work for property managers and real estate operators.

What we do

We are an independent AI build and integration studio. We do not sell a property management system and we do not ask anyone to replace one. We build custom AI, lease abstraction, AI leasing assistance, and maintenance triage, on top of the property management system a client already runs, and we connect it through the interfaces that client is licensed to use.

Engagements are scoped project work: a scoping call, a written scope with timeline and price, a pilot on the client's real data, then a build wired into their system. Fees and deliverables are set out per engagement in a written scope.

Who we are not

We are not a reseller, a certified partner, or an authorised implementation partner of any property management software vendor. We are not affiliated with Yardi Systems, AppFolio, Buildium, RealPage, Entrata, DoorLoop or MRI Software. If you need vendor-certified work, your software vendor maintains its own partner directory and you should start there.

Proptena and Vascoh LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified partners of any of these companies. We reference their names solely to describe, accurately and descriptively, the third-party systems our software connects to. Any integration we build depends on the interfaces and access your own licence and contract with that vendor permits.

How we handle your information

The only information this website collects is what you type into our contact form, name, company, work email, phone and your message, which we use to reply to your enquiry, plus standard analytics.
